Aura Booth Park

Client: Trinsic Residential Group
Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Project Type: Multi-Family Residential Community
Timeline: 2024 – Ongoing

Overview

Aura Booth Park is a large-scale multi-family development in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, developed by Trinsic Residential Group and supported by a coordinated team of architects, general contractors, and on-site trade partners. Trinsic is known for delivering modern residential communities with a strong emphasis on architectural cohesion and long-term durability. On a project of this scale, that standard requires tight coordination between trades and consistent execution across multiple buildings. Brandco partnered with the project team to supply and install exterior stone veneer and courtyard fireplaces across the community.

Objectives

For Trinsic, the priorities were practical and performance-driven:

  • Maintain strict construction timelines across phased building releases
  • Deliver consistent exterior finishes across dozens of units
  • Minimize punch-list items and reduce callbacks
  • Work with a partner capable of handling a high-volume scope with clear communication

The Challenge

Multi-family construction moves quickly; in this project, multiple buildings were active at once, with framing, mechanical, and exterior trades often working in close proximity. Sequencing shifted as phases progressed, access areas tightened, and turnover deadlines remained fixed.

The real challenge was managing scope within a live, fast-moving jobsite without disrupting adjacent trades or creating downstream delays.

Consistency also mattered, especially with repeated elevations and unit types; small installation variances could become noticeable across the site.

Our Approach

Single Point of Responsibility
By supplying and installing, Brandco reduced coordination gaps between vendors. Questions were addressed directly, and accountability remained clear.

Schedule Integration
Our team aligned deliveries and manpower with building-phase schedules, adjusting as sequencing evolved. Regular communication with site supervisors ensured inspection readiness and minimized workflow interruptions.

Consistency at Scale
Installation methods were standardized across unit types to maintain a uniform finish. Layout reviews and final walkthroughs helped limit variability and reduce punch-list exposure.

Detail-Oriented Execution
Moisture-management components, including flashing and weep screed integration, were installed to specification, supporting long-term durability and reducing risk of future callbacks.

Results

Work was delivered on schedule across multiple phases

  • Minimal punch-list items
  • Consistent finish quality across buildings
  • Smooth coordination with adjacent trades
  • Strengthened partnership with Trinsic for future projects
