Meet the Team

Mark leads Brandco with a focus on knowledgeable service, responsive communication, and reliable execution for residential new construction. His work has focused heavily on building processes and systems to support production builders over the last 10–15 years. He also values the detail and care required for high-end custom homes. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time at lake Gaston, and traveling with his family and friends.

Anja manages inventory and coordinates materials so Brandco projects can move forward smoothly and on time. She enjoys solving problems, keeping communication clear, and making sure the right materials are in the right place when teams need them. Originally from Germany, Anja now lives in North Carolina and enjoys open-water swimming, cycling, cooking, and cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Burkley supports showroom sales and the fireplace department, helping customers, builders, and internal teams keep projects moving. He enjoys the people he works with and brings a flexible, team-first approach to every client and project. Outside of work, Burkley enjoys time with his two kids, boating at Lake Gaston, and DIY projects.

Drew supports full-cycle sales and customer satisfaction, helping builders identify quality products that deliver noticeable results. He brings a detail-oriented, practical approach to his work, with a focus on efficiency, problem-solving, and follow-through. Drew especially enjoys custom builder home projects. Outside work, Drew is a competitive gamer.

Heather supports Brandco’s accounting team by making “accounts payable” and helping keep subcontractor payments organized and on track. She enjoys making sure the people who support Brandco’s projects are recognized for their hard work. Outside of work, Heather enjoys target shooting — a hobby people might not expect.

Josue supports Brandco’s warehouse operations and helps keep work moving behind the scenes. He appreciates being trusted to plan his work and approaches his role with honesty and a thoughtful mindset. He also enjoys operating the Genie and being part of a family-owned business environment.

Leon leads Brandco’s fireplace department, supporting fireplace sales, scheduling, product ordering, technical questions, and builder relationships. With decades of fireplace industry experience, he enjoys helping builders understand their options and finding the right fit for each project. Outside of work, Leon enjoys family time, BBQ, camping, the gun range, cruises, and cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Matt helps facilitate materials and scheduling for Brandco’s fireplace department. He enjoys being able to step in and support the department in different ways, and values the people who make Brandco what it is. Outside of work, Matt enjoys time with his family, music, guitars, racing, and a good plate of French fries.

Omar supports safety and stone inspection, visiting job sites and documenting completed work to help ensure Brandco’s quality standards are met. He enjoys driving, taking photos, and helping confirm that the finished work looks good for customers. Outside of work, Omar enjoys running, exercise and gaming.

Peter schedules stone work and helps provide masons with the materials they need to complete their jobs. He enjoys working hands-on with the masonry team and learning Spanish through immersion. Peter is also a Highland Games athlete and can trace his lineage back to the Scottish Clan MacGregor.

Reggie works as a field representative, visiting neighborhoods and checking job progress so the office knows when stone work is ready to be installed. He enjoys being on the move, seeing different places, and having something new to do each day. Reggie values Brandco’s family-like team culture and the way coworkers support each other.

Rita supports Brandco’s accounting team through accounts receivable, helping customers resolve questions and keeping work moving smoothly. She describes herself as goal-oriented, resilient, and always learning, both personally and professionally. She values Brandco’s teamwork, work-life balance, and conscientious coworkers.

Robert helps Brandco team members find practical solutions to the challenges they face every day. He enjoys estimating, exploring new technology for the construction industry, and working on commercial projects that require thoughtful problem-solving. Outside of work, Robert enjoys family time, soccer, theatre, performing arts, and a good low-and-slow wood-smoked brisket.

Steven supports Brandco’s fireplace work through startups and service calls. He enjoys new challenges and values customer service, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to his work. Outside of work, Steven enjoys projects around the house, financial news and tinkering in the yard.

Thomas manages scheduling, warranty, and repair work for Brandco’s stone crews while helping carry forward the company’s tradition of quality, on-time work. He values Brandco’s customer service, quick turnaround, and commitment to being easy to work with. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys reading, adventures with his wife and dog, accomplishing fitness goals, playing Mario Party, and history.
