Brandco partners with builders as a dedicated trade contractor for fireplaces and exterior stone veneer. We supply the materials and complete the installation for various construction projects.
Our focus is residential homebuilding, with the ability to support commercial work if scope permits it.
Fireplace Services
We supply and install fireplaces for new construction homes. At startup, we test the unit, confirm proper operation, and ensure everything is set correctly before turnover. We coordinate with your build schedule from rough-in through final startup.
Our scope includes installation during framing, return work after drywall for surrounds and mantels, and startup service once gas is connected before CO.
For production builders, specifications are often repeated from plan to plan. For custom and luxury new homes, meeting with homeowners, builders and designers at the showroom and on the jobsite ensure the perfect fireplaces are selected.
Stone Services
We install exterior stone veneer for new construction homes and provide both materials and labor, working directly with builders to complete the stone scope as specified by plan and elevation.
Typical applications may include column bases, garage sections, window features, porch edges (rowlock), porch skirts, and stair treads or risers. In most cases, stone is applied across the front of the home unless additional coverage is required by design, neighborhood covenants or local jurisdictions.
In addition to installation, we also supply stone materials to local masons and builders who prefer material-only orders.
Commercial Projects
While our primary focus is residential new construction, Brandco also supports commercial projects, including restaurants, office builders, apartments and other multi-unit developments.
If you have a commercial build that requires fireplace or exterior stone installation, our team can review the scope and confirm fit.
Fireplace Maintenance
Fireplaces require periodic service to operate safely and perform as intended, and most manufacturers recommend annual maintenance.
Because we are most familiar with the units we install, Brandco provides service primarily for fireplaces installed by our team. This allows us to maintain quality, parts availability, and response time.
During peak winter months, priority is given to existing Brandco customers. Scheduling is typically more flexible during the off-season.
