4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, or installation fees unless explicitly noted.
Payment must be made in full prior to shipment or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Brandco is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring site access for delivery
Inspecting Products upon receipt
Reporting visible damage or shortages promptly
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of construction materials and custom or special-order Products:
Returns may be limited or subject to restocking fees
Custom, cut-to-size, or special-order Products are generally non-refundable
Cancellations must be requested promptly and may not be possible once processing begins
All return and cancellation requests are subject to Brandco approval.
7. Installation and Use
Brandco does not guarantee installation outcomes unless installation services are explicitly provided by Brandco.
Fireplaces and related Products must be installed and used in accordance with:
Manufacturer specifications
Local building codes
Fire and safety regulations
Brandco is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow applicable guidelines.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Products are provided “as is” unless covered by a manufacturer’s warranty
Brandco disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided directly by the manufacturer.

Brandco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, or property damage, arising out of the use or inability to use our Products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
